Our VIP lounge is a warm and inviting place, with a smoking area, a buffet of pastries, sweet and savory snacks, coffee, tea and other beverages, various newspapers, computers with internet access, and Wi-Fi.

For your arrival, an agent is dedicated to assist you in all your airport formalities (check-in, customs, tax exemption, VIP lounge...) by ensuring you a priority passage to the immigration services. Reception of the passenger according to the position of the plane ; If the plane is docked, your agent will wait for you at the exit of the bridge with a sign bearing your name. If the plane is on the tarmac, your agent will be waiting for you at the terminal entrance (as soon as you get off the bus) with a sign bearing your name. The agent will first invite you to relax in our VIP lounge. He will then accompany you through a dedicated immigration channel and take you to the baggage claim area.

For your departure, and in order to provide you with the best assistance, please call our agent at least 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport on the mobile phone number that will be communicated to you on your booking confirmation email.

Your agent will welcome you at the entrance of the terminal after the first police control and will assist you in all your airport formalities (Check-in, customs, duty free) by ensuring you a priority passage to the immigration services. The agent will then accompany you to our VIP lounge to relax. As the end of boarding approaches, the agent will accompany you to board your flight.

Fast Track Arrival

Passengers should report to our reception desk located at the bottom of the stairs.

• To the right of the stairs for customers arriving from the bridge area for docked aircraft.
• To the left of the stairs for customers arriving from the off-shore area for aircraft that are on the tarmac.

Once the passenger arrives at our arrival desk, our agent will escort him/her to the VIP Lounge where he/she will have access to international press, beverages, computers connected to the internet, Wi-Fi access, private toilets and a private smoking area.

The agent then accompanies him to the Fast Track circuit for all airport formalities up to the baggage carousel; he will indicate the customs passage dedicated to our clients to be used once he has collected his luggage. The agent's role ends at this point.

Fast Track Departure

The passenger must contact our agent at the cell phone number given in the confirmation email, at least 20 minutes before his arrival at the airport. Once arrived, he/she will have to check-in by himself/herself, then go to our departure counter located in front of the entrance number 3, next to the Banque Populaire counter.

Once at the departure counter, he will be welcomed by our agent who will accompany him to the Fast Track circuit for all airport formalities, then to the VIP lounge. The passenger will have access to international press, drinks, computers connected to the internet, Wi-Fi access, private toilets and a private smoking area.

Upon departure, our agent will accompany the passenger to the boarding gate.
